Carcassonne Airport (CCF)
Airlines, Terminals and Facilities
(Carcassonne, Languedoc-Roussillon, France)
Carcassonne Salvaza Airport has a single passenger terminal, which operates every day from 07:30 until 19:45. All domestic and international flights are handled from this terminal. Ryanair is currently the only airline operating at the airport, providing a wide range of regular Europe-wide flights.
The complex only provides basic amenities for its passengers. There is a good restaurant and bar, and a sandwich café on the first floor, which serve a selection of food and drink. Shopping options are limited to a newsagent, a local produce shop and a duty-free outlet in the Departures Lounge. The terminal also has a first-aid centre and baby-care facilities.
Basic travelling necessities such as ATM machines, pay phones and televisions are available throughout the terminal.
There is also a bank and a bureau de change to handle any other financial needs. An airport information desk can be found within the terminal, which can assist with left luggage, messages and other local travel assistance. Fax and photocopy services are also available here. The terminal has a VIP Lounge for those looking to relax before their flight.
Carcassonne en Pays Cathare Airport is completely accessible to disabled travellers, with lowered telephone booths and specially fitted toilets in the terminal. Ramps and lifts are also located across the site where applicable. Disabled passengers are advised to contact their airline ahead of time if they need specific help with their travels.
